All of our weddings can be made fully bespoke, but to help make things simpler we offer three standard wedding packages.
Rustic Weddings
Heartfelt and intimate
The Cow Shed is the perfect venue for a heartfelt and secluded ceremony set in the stunningly picturesque Cornish countryside. Our rustic weddings are fuss free, and are ideal for those who want to escape the pressures of planning a large traditional wedding.
You can share your intimate ceremony with up to 80 of your nearest and dearest in our lovingly restored barn, before enjoying a relaxed reception in the Old Milking Parlour.
We pride ourselves on the care and attention to detail we put into every wedding here at The Cow Shed. From the homemade luxury wedding hamper to the complimentary couple’s massage – we ensure that your wedding day is as special as you’d dreamed.
Rustic wedding package
This all inclusive deal is perfect for those planning an intimate wedding with 80 treasured guests. The package starts from £5,999 in our low season and includes:
- A two night stay in our 18th century farmhouse for you and six of your family and friends.
- Delicious cooked breakfast each morning for you and your guests.
- Luxury couple’s wedding hamper with local artisan gifts, chocolate, and Champagne included.
- Complimentary couple’s massage the day before your wedding.
- Use of the outdoor hot tub for all guests staying at Freathy Farmhouse.
- Choice of The Cow Shed and Old Milking Parlour for your ceremony and reception.
- Rustic decorations, including: bunting; fairy lights; festoon lights; vintage milk churns; galvanised dolly tubs; and shabby chic vases.
- Full and exclusive access to our venue and tree-lined grounds for the duration of your stay.
Rustic indulgence wedding package
We’ve designed our indulgence weddings for those couples who would prefer someone else to take care of their wedding plans. The package includes all the features from our rustic package, with the addition of The Cow Shed’s wedding planner to coordinate every aspect of your day.
The Cow Shed’s dedicated wedding planner will help with budgeting and scheduling, communicate with your suppliers, and take care of all the organisation to ensure that your dream rustic wedding happens seamlessly.
Our indulgence package also offers greater flexibility to customise your wedding and make it truly unique to you. We can decorate the venue in a bespoke rustic theme, arrange on-site catering, and organise stylists, photographers and florists.
The bespoke nature of this package means that we don’t offer a starting price. Instead, we start with our rustic wedding price, before sitting down with you to tailor your wedding to your exact requirements.
Small wedding package
If your celebration is with 20 to 30 of your closest friends and family, then our small wedding package is ideally suited. This all inclusive package starts at £4,099 in our low season and includes:
